Chalet Montet in the French Alps is one of the most spacious ski chalets I have ever stayed in. Panoramic mountain views with excellent, good value Savoyard restaurants on your doorstep.
Chalet Montet is a new traditionally built chalet and its sister chalet, Chalet Buet, a restored railway building have been built and decorated to a very high standard. As far as luxury self-catered chalets go Chalet Montet and Chalet Buet are both as good as it gets in the Chamonix valley. Spacious yet cosy, modern comforts yet traditional feel.
Six en-suite bathrooms, open fireplaces, under-floor heating, hot tub, games room with table tennis table and flat screen tv are just some of the luxuries that help make this. The chalets are rented weekly on a self-catered basis, yet a fully catered service can be provided at Chalet Montet. Chalet Montet comfortably sleeps 12 and Chalet Buet 6.
Situated minutes away from the new ski lift at Vallorcine makes skiing orsnowboarding at Le Tour very easy. Argentiere, for Les Grandes Montets, is 5 minutes away and Chamonix town is a 15 minute drive. Great for experienced skiers and beginners alike with a nursery slope opposite the chalets that provides ski tuition and back country ski touring for the more adventurous.

Chalet Montet and Chalet Buet are easily reached from Geneva just a 1 1/4 hr drive and although the chalets are usually rented on a weekly basis, shorter )or longer) lets are negotiable.
